Assembly - Full-time / Part-time

Penmac Staffing is hiring an Assembly Technician for a local manufacturing client in Springfield, MO. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who enjoy building products, following instructions, and working with hand tools. If you like putting things together and take pride in producing quality work, this could be a great fit for you.Requirements

• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and reference models
• Experience using impact tools and other hand tools preferred
• Knowledge of common bolt sizes and fasteners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal frames and steel panels according to specifications
• Use impact tools and hand tools to install bolts, fasteners, and components
• Follow assembly instructions and reference models to ensure product accuracy
• Inspect assembled products for quality and completeness
• Operate overhead cranes to safely rotate and position units during the assembly process
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Perform additional production and assembly duties as assigned

Schedule and Pay

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Mandatory overtime required as needed
• $19.50 per hour
