Residential Install Service Electrician

As a member of our team, you are responsible for performing key functions in workorder processing, invoicing, and client support as part of a residential client service team. The goal of this position is to ensure that our systems and processes in these areas are providing the best tools and information to management, other employees, and our clients.

Essential Functions:

This position requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Because the duties and responsibilities of this position are in multiple areas, a broad base of knowledge is required, as well as a willingness to operate in multiple roles as situations dictate.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Perform general electrical maintenance.
• Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.
• Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
• Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
• Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of various test equipment.
• Follow all required safety protocol
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Driven to achieve long and short-term goals within specific deadlines.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to make decisions, think rationally, and exercise good judgment
• 1 to 3 years of prior electrician experience
• Driver's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Understanding and commitment to a safe working environment.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• All successful candidates must be able to pass the required background check and drug-screen.

Hours

• 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (hours may vary based on business needs)
