What You'll Do:

✅ Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations
 ✅ Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery performance
 ✅ Lead, coach, and support a team of drivers and dispatch personnel
 ✅ Monitor fleet activity and respond to real-time transportation challenges
 ✅ Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
 ✅ Collaborate with customers, operations, and warehouse teams to maintain service excellence
 ✅ Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements
 ✅ Handle escalations, scheduling conflicts, and service recovery efforts

What We're Looking For:

✔ 3+ years of dispatch, transportation, logistics, or fleet management experience
 ✔ Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
 ✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
 ✔ Ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
 ✔ Experience with TMS, dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
 ✔ Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation best practices
