Position Responsibilities
- Supporting the proposal development process from start to finish
- Assisting with proof-reading, formatting, and light-editing tasks
- Conducting research to gather relevant information for proposals
- Collaborating with team members to ensure content consistency and quality
- Updating content database
- Assisting with AI usage in proposals
- Assisting with any additional tasks related to proposal and content management
Qualifications
- Student currently enrolled. (Rising Junior or Senior)
- Preference given to those pursuing degrees in: English, Communications or Business
- Experience with MS Office suite. (Primarily Word and Teams)
- Detail-oriented, Analytical
- Strong Organization and Collaboration skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in AI, software processes, tools, and communication

The U.S. hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
