Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage treasury operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and adherence to internal controls
• Oversee monthly close activities and review journal entries and supporting documentation for accuracy
• Prepare and review financial statements across multiple entities
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain the integrity of financial records
• Generate ad hoc financial reporting, management reporting, and business analysis
• Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies and procedures
• Partner with tax, legal, HR/payroll, investment, and operational teams on various financial matters
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects as directed by executive leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Experience within a family office, investment management, alternative investments, private equity, or complex multi-entity environment is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and accounting principles
• Experience working with ERP systems and accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
