Insight Global is seeking 2 full-time Physical Therapists to join an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic with 1 opening located in Wasilla, AK and 1 opening in Talkeetna, AK.
This opportunity is ideal for a therapist looking to practice in a patient-focused environment with strong work-life balance, manageable caseloads, and the ability to build long-term relationships with patients. Therapists are encouraged to pursue their clinical interests while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient care.
The clinic treats a wide variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, neurological, and other outpatient rehabilitation patients. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Open to short term travel contractors, candidates seeking contract to hire assignments, and/or candidates seeking a direct hire employment.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient physical therapy patients
• Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life
• Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and neurological cases
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within clinic guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and at-home exercises
• Build long-term relationships with patients while delivering exceptional customer service
• Manage an average caseload of approximately 8-10 patients per day

Required Skills & Experience
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Alaska Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, and clinical staff
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Current BLS Certification
• Dry Needling experience
• Neurological rehabilitation experience
• Previous outpatient clinic experience
• Interest in establishing a long-term career with a growing organization
