Assembler - Manufacturing (1st Shift)

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand work instructions, blueprints, and assembly procedures
• Follow established assembly processes to ensure consistent quality
• Take precision measurements to confirm accurate component fit
• Gather and prepare all required materials, tools, and equipment prior to assembly
• Use hand tools, clamps, and machines such as presses during the assembly process
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily output goals
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area

Job Requirements

• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
