With campuses located in both Palo Alto and San Jose, each classroom features a supportive low student-to-teacher ratio of 1:12, ensuring the ability to form meaningful connections and deliver personalized instruction.

Key Qualifications:

• Active California Mild/Moderate (M/M) Education Specialist Credential (required)
• Experience supporting students with behavioral needs in a school setting
• Familiarity with mental health support or a strong desire to develop in this area
• Open to CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training, provided by the school
• Ability to adapt lesson planning for diverse K-12 learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement IEPs and deliver individualized instruction to K-12 students in Mild/Moderate SPED
• Collaborate closely with school-based teams, including mental health professionals
• Proactively support positive behaviors, applying techniques learned through training
• Foster a nurturing, structured classroom environment
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
