Locums Neonatology Physician in Mt Pleasant South Carolina - Ongoing Assignment, Telehealth Rounding

Neonatology locums coverage in South Carolina with a 24 hour shift model that combines in house Level II NICU care with telehealth rounding across three additional facilities.

Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient neonatal care
• Coverage includes a Level II NICU plus telehealth rounding at three facilities, two Level II and one Level I
• APP support onsite 20/7
• Patient population is neonatal

Schedule

• 7 to 10 shifts per month
• 24 hour shifts, typically 8 to 10 hours in house with the remainder as beeper call
• Beeper call with a 30 minute response time, on call for the duration of the shift

Cases and Procedures

• In person neonatal care at the Level II NICU
• Telehealth rounding at three facilities, two Level II and one Level I

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Neonatology
• Active license required, will not wait for license
• BLS, DEA, and EPIC experience required
