BCBA – Prince Frederick, MD
Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary school students in the Prince Frederick, MD area. This is a school-based opportunity working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to provide behavioral support and help students succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized behavior plans
- Providing consultation and support to teachers and school staff
- Collecting and analyzing behavioral data
- Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with the educational team
- Providing training and guidance to school staff and caregivers
School-based experience is preferred but not required. Kelly Pediatric Therapy provides the support and training you need to be successful in the school setting.
At Kelly Pediatric Therapy, you’re never on your own. Our experienced Clinical Directors provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and clinical support throughout the school year. We also offer assistance with IEP development, student progress monitoring, documentation and reporting, as well as continuous professional development through training opportunities and CEUs.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in ABA
- Board certification in Behavior Analysis
