What We're Looking For:
- California CTC certification in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) and Moderate/Moderate (M/M) credentials (required)
- Previous experience conducting assessments for PreK students with moderate to mild needs
- Strong report writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality evaluations within established timelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough special education assessments for 5-6 PreK students over a 30–60 day period
- Collaborate with school teams, parents, and related service providers to gather relevant data
- Prepare clear, comprehensive assessment reports to support IEP development and educational planning
- Participate in eligibility determination meetings as needed
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
