Qualifications:

• Valid North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Prior experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in K–12 students
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in-person and via teletherapy
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
