Occupational Therapist School Setting in Glencoe, MN

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in occupational therapy
• Active Minnesota OT licensure
• Experience supporting students in a school environment is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organization and adaptability to meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ motor and sensory skills in collaboration with educational teams
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
• Adapt interventions to foster student growth in academic and functional skills
• Provide direct therapy and recommend strategies for classroom adaptations
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
