Position Overview:
As a Material Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth movement of products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials efficiently within the warehouse or storage areas

• Perform essential warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and inventory counting

• Operate handheld barcode scanners and work within a warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory accuracy

• Follow the 7S program to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Adhere to safety guidelines to protect yourself and your teammates

• Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting team members as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of warehouse or industrial experience

• Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks

• Proficiency with handheld scanners and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and perform bending, stooping, and twisting

• Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions (hot or cold environments)

• Flexibility to work multiple shifts and overtime as necessary, with a readiness to adapt to changing business needs

Pay Details: $20.25 to $21.75 per hour
