Machine Operator

Partners Personnel is currently hiring Machine Operators for a well-established packaging manufacturer in Batavia, NY. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and operating production equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for helping operate and monitor production equipment used in the manufacturing of packaging products.

Responsibilities may include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Setting up and preparing equipment for production runs
• Feeding materials into machines and monitoring the production process
• Performing basic machine adjustments as needed
• Inspecting finished products for quality and identifying defects
• Monitoring equipment to ensure it is operating safely and efficiently
• Troubleshooting basic machine or production issues
• Following production specifications and work instructions
• Completing required production documentation
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following all company safety and quality procedures
• Working with team members to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous machine operating, manufacturing, or production experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to remain productive throughout the scheduled shift
• Willingness to learn and take direction
