LHH Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing company in Tempe! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating professionally, and working in a fast-paced environment. This role is compensation at $21/hr.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers through inbound and outbound phone calls as well as email communication. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to handle multiple customer needs while providing excellent service.

This position will begin fully onsite for training and will transition to a hybrid schedule after successful completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email
• Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer service
• Research customer questions and provide accurate information and solutions
• Document customer interactions and update account information as needed
• Follow up with customers regarding open questions, requests, or issues
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Manage multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Work effectively with team members and internal departments to resolve customer issues

Qualifications

• MUST have high school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service or call center experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ability to work onsite during training and transition to a hybrid schedule afterward

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
