Job Description
Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Epic TDR Analyst to support a large-scale Epic implementation and deployment initiative. This role will serve as a key liaison between Epic application teams, infrastructure teams, deployment resources, operational stakeholders, and project leadership to ensure technical readiness for implementation activities.
The ideal candidate will possess an active Epic certification, strong knowledge of Epic workstation and printer workflows, experience supporting deployments and go-live activities, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. This position requires an individual who can coordinate across multiple workstreams, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful execution of Technical Dress Rehearsals (TDRs) and deployment readiness activities.
Candidates must reside in the New York City metropolitan area and be comfortable supporting onsite activities as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) planning, execution, issue tracking, and readiness activities.
- Conduct workflow and future-state design sessions with operational leaders, clinical teams, and technical stakeholders to identify workstation, hardware, and printing requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document deployment-related requirements, translating business needs into actionable technical deliverables.
- Design, build, and maintain Epic workstation configurations and printer mappings.
- Partner with Epic application teams, desktop support, infrastructure, networking, and deployment teams to ensure successful preparation for implementation milestones.
- Develop TDR test plans, testing scenarios, readiness checklists, and technical documentation.
- Track testing progress, document risks and issues, and coordinate resolution efforts across multiple teams.
- Provide regular status updates and readiness reporting to project leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, manage follow-up activities, and ensure accountability across participating teams.
- Support go-live planning, command center activities, deployment efforts, and end-user readiness initiatives.
- Assist with process improvement efforts to enhance deployment, testing, and implementation efficiency.
- Maintain Epic certification requirements in accordance with Epic standards.
- Active Epic Certification in any Epic application/module.
- 3+ years of Epic analyst experience within a healthcare environment.
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, go-lives, optimization efforts, or large-scale deployment initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Epic workstation configurations, printer mapping, hardware deployment processes, and end-user workflows.
- Experience creating and executing testing plans, readiness assessments, and technical documentation.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be local to the NYC metro area.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite as required and report to the office within 48 hours when needed.
- Experience supporting Epic implementation go-lives within acute care, ambulatory, or specialty care environments.
- Participation in one or more full-cycle Epic implementations.
eClinical, healthcare operations, or healthcare IT
- Experience working within large health systems or complex multi-site healthcare organizations.
- Familiarity with deployment planning, device management, workstation standardization, and printer management processes.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced implementation environment. They will possess the ability to coordinate across multiple teams, proactively identify risks, drive issue resolution, and ensure deployment and testing activities are successfully completed ahead of critical project milestones and go-live events.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
