Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiology/Imaging - Mammography Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Perform diagnostic mammograms and screening mammograms with precision and attention to patient comfort.
\n
• Execute 3-D mammography and fine needle aspirations as required for accurate diagnostics.
\n
• Ensure radiation safety and adhere to universal precautions/core measures.
\n
• Collaborate with radiology teams to provide comprehensive care and consider patient needs.
\n
• Document patient information and procedures accurately in the preferred charting system.
\n
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and facility policies.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Valid CA state license and ARRT M* and ARRT R certifications.
\n
• 1 year of experience required in mammography or related imaging field.
\n
• BLS certification required.
\n
• Proficiency in digital mammography and the ability to perform needle localizations and stereotactic biopsies.
\n
• Experience working with Hologic 3D and Hologic Affirm BX systems preferred.
\n
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse patient age groups including adults and geriatrics.
\n
