About who needs care: Left leg full amputation. Right foot - wet/dry gangrene necrosis which is spreading. Refusing an amputation to resolve matter. Daily wound care is needed for the foot. Neuropathic pain. Currently transfers in home with wheelchair to chairlifts. He has entered Hospice.
About the care needs: Daily wound care for wound that is blackened and odorous.
Services needed include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, feeding, dressing, and mobility assistance.
