Substance Use Professional (LCAS/LCAS-A, CADC, CCS)

$50,000+ - We are looking for Substance Use Professionals (LCAS/LCAS-A, CADC, CCS) to provide Community Support Team (CST) services in the McDowell County, NC area.

CST is designed to work with adults with Mental Illness and Substance Use needs who have complex treatment needs be able to live in the community.

CST is an intensive community-based rehabilitation team service that provides direct treatment and restorative interventions as well as case management. CST is designed to provide:

1. symptom stability by reducing presenting psychiatric or substance use disorder symptoms;
2. restorative interventions for development of interpersonal, community, coping and independent living skills;
3. psychoeducation;
4. first responder intervention to deescalate a crisis; and
5. service coordination and ensure linkage to community services and resources.

Schedule:

• Full Time Position
• Flexible Schedule

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• A valid LCAS/LCAS-A, CADC, or CCS
• One year of experience working directly with adults with SUD/MH

Resumes must clearly document the month and year of relevant experience working full-time with adults who have substance use disorders (SUD). If experience was gained in a part-time role, please indicate this on the resume. The resume must also specify that the population served was adults with SUD/MH.
