Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00/hr

Work Location: Client Homes (Home, Apartment, IDL, or place the client consider it home)

Duties & Care Plan Execution:

• Execute client-specific Care Plans provided by healthcare professionals.
• Perform personal care duties: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting.
• Execute safe transfer methods and range-of-motion exercises.
• Manage light housekeeping: dishwashing, bed linens, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitization.
• Provide client transport for appointments, shopping, and errands.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and report health/behavior changes promptly.

Mandatory Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active NC CNA License with zero adverse registry findings.
• Minimum 1 year full-time direct patient care experience (facility or agency).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and dependable personal vehicle.
