Expanding practice seeks a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to work in Findlay, Ohio!

• Freestanding ambulatory surgery center with 4 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and multiple procedure rooms — currently running 4–6 rooms daily with growth potential
• Broader system includes a 150-bed hospital with Level III Trauma Center and a 25-bed community hospital
• Precision Surgery Program with four da Vinci® Surgical Robots
• Cerner/Oracle Health EMR, fully integrated with AI-assisted clinical documentation

Compensation:

• Base salary: $120,000–$130,000, based on experience (includes 200 hours vacation/CME)
• wRVU productivity bonus (no cap): estimated $10,000–$20,000+ annually
• CME/board certification allowance: $3,500 per year
• Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance
• 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match starting year 2
• Sick time accrual up to 600 hours
• Stipend and productivity bonuses offered

Job/Practice Description: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

• Outpatient specialty practice, 40 hours/week
• Collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians
• Average volume: 25 patients per day
• No hospital call — light phone call only, 1:3 rotation
• Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of pediatrics experience
• Current PNP certification
