About the Role:

As a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to our patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote our patients' communication, cognition, and swallowing skills. Your expertise and dedication will enable our patients to achieve their goals and regain independence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and screenings to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
