Baylor Weekend Schedule

Full-Time Benefits While Working 32 Hours Weekly

• Friday: 8-hour shift
• Saturday: 12-hour shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Sunday: 12-hour shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

That's 32 hours worked and paid as 40 hours!

What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Aide, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of independence and well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Supporting residents in maintaining independence and quality of life.
• Observing, reporting, and documenting changes in resident condition.
• Following physician orders, care plans, and nursing instructions.
• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age in accordance with Department of Labor regulations.
• Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional resident care.
