Responsibilities

As a Certified Nurse Aide with Westmoreland Manor, you will be responsible for providing Activities of Daily Living per a resident's individualized care plan, as well as other duties that support the overall well-being of our residents. Our goal is to provide a supportive and nurturing environment that allows our residents to thrive.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Activities of Daily Living per a resident's individualized care plan

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Helping with meals and snacks

• Providing emotional support and companionship

Current Full-Time Openings

We have immediate openings for 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, including:

• 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a

• 12-hour shift options such as 7A-7P every Friday, Saturday, Sunday; or, 7P-7A Saturday, Sunday, Monday; or, “Variable Rotating” 7A-7P or 7P-7A 12-hour shifts, which are scheduled for 3 days one week and 4 days the following week, every other weekend off!

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalency (GED)

• Physical ability to do heavy lifting

• A current PA Nurse Aide certificate in good standing

• Successful completion of all levels of pre-employment screening, including tuberculosis testing
