What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of a production team building and preparing components for finished products. Your day may include:

• Putting together electrical and mechanical components
• Working with hand tools and small parts
• Cutting, stripping, and crimping wires
• Reading work instructions and production drawings
• Checking your work for accuracy and quality
• Keeping your workstation clean and organized

Don't have wire-crimping experience? That's okay! Training and cross-training are available for candidates who are dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in their work.

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn matter too.
