Role Summary

TESIM Electric is seeking a Payroll Assistant – Entry Level to support accurate timekeeping and payroll administration for office and field employees. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.

What You’ll Do
• Review submitted time records for completeness and follow up on missing approvals.
• Enter routine employee and payroll information in company systems.
• Maintain organized, confidential payroll and timekeeping files.
• Help answer basic process questions and route complex issues to the appropriate team member.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of office, payroll, HR, bookkeeping, or data-entry experience.
• Comfort handling confidential information and detailed records.
• Basic Excel, math, email, and communication skills.
