Hours: Approximately 25 hours/week

Location: Newport, NH

We are seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Special Education Teacher (SPED) to join our high school team in Newport, NH. The teacher will provide specialized instruction and case management services to support students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and instruction.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with families and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid New Hampshire teaching certification in Special Education.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience supporting students in high school settings preferred.
