Payroll Clerk

Location: Charleston
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:Answering phones and directing callsScheduling appointmentsProcessing payroll through QuickBooksEmailing clients and responding to inquiriesMaintaining organized office records and filesMay perform other duties as requiredJob Requirements:Must be proficient in QuickBooksMust understand tax regulations and codesMust be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and WordStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and stay organizedAttention to detail and accuracy requiredAbility to work independently and follow instructions
