Radiation Therapist

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $31.70–$52.35/hour, depending on experience
Due to the high need for this position, a higher rate may be considered for highly qualified candidates.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join our healthcare team. The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for delivering prescribed radiation treatments to patients while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compassionate patient care throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation treatments according to physician-prescribed treatment plans.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately.
• Position and immobilize patients appropriately for treatment.
• Monitor patients during treatment and communicate any concerns to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients throughout their treatment.

What We're Looking For:

• Radiation Therapy certification/registration as required.
• Relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
