What you’ll do

• Translate demand into executable production schedules and work orders
• Keep materials flowing: track inventory, ensure availability, and purchase raw materials
• Build strong vendor relationships to manage pricing, lead times, and deliveries
• Direct the rhythm of shipping and receiving to meet customer deadlines
• Update ERP to preserve accurate production and inventory records
• Communicate order status and delivery expectations to customers
• Collaborate daily with Operations, Production, and Customer Service to stay aligned

What you’ll bring

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Clear, concise communication and top-tier organization
• Background with inventory control, production planning, purchasing, or ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence using Microsoft Office
