Occupational Therapist (Lead or Staff) – Earn Up to $100K | Katy, TX

Leadership opportunity available for an experienced OT, or join as a staff therapist with strong earning potential and a collaborative team.

An outpatient pediatric therapy practice in Katy, TX is looking to add either a Lead Occupational Therapist or a Staff Occupational Therapist, depending on experience.

Both positions offer excellent earning potential and strong clinical support.

Compensation & Benefits

Lead Occupational Therapist

• $40-$43/hour base pay
• Additional compensation based on patients seen
• Leadership pay based on previous supervisory experience

Staff Occupational Therapist

• Hybrid compensation model
• Annual earnings typically $82,000-$95,000, with opportunity for higher earnings based on productivity
• Base hourly rate plus productivity pay

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Texas OT license (or eligibility)
