Occupational Therapist (Lead or Staff) – Earn Up to $100K | Katy, TX
Leadership opportunity available for an experienced OT, or join as a staff therapist with strong earning potential and a collaborative team.
An outpatient pediatric therapy practice in Katy, TX is looking to add either a Lead Occupational Therapist or a Staff Occupational Therapist, depending on experience.
Both positions offer excellent earning potential and strong clinical support.
Compensation & Benefits
Lead Occupational Therapist
- $40-$43/hour base pay
- Additional compensation based on patients seen
- Leadership pay based on previous supervisory experience
Staff Occupational Therapist
- Hybrid compensation model
- Annual earnings typically $82,000-$95,000, with opportunity for higher earnings based on productivity
- Base hourly rate plus productivity pay

Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Texas OT license (or eligibility)
