Registered Dietitian I Job Details:

Location: 111 Hospital Drive. Tarboro, NC 27886

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Days vary)

Starting Hourly Rate: $32.00 / Hourly + (Based on experience) 

Temporary to hire

Registered Dietitian I Responsibilities: 

• Conduct basic nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy in accordance with established standards of care and facility policies.
• Monitor and evaluate patient and resident nutritional status and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document nutrition assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient-centered care.
• Educate patients, residents, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics as appropriate.
• Support implementation of nutrition services that contribute to account revenue and operational efficiency.
• Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and performance measures related to nutrition services.
• Uphold professionalism and promote the Company's mission and values in all interactions

Education Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.

Job Requirements: 

• Entry-level to limited clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic nutrition care processes and documentation standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
