Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: My wife is on hospice care now. They come 2 times a week. She has full mental capabilities, but is to weak to get out of bed. She has to wear diapers and they sometimes need to be changed. She can let someone know if that is needed. About the care needs: They would need to be able to change a diaper and get my wife a drink from refrigerator. My wife likes crafts and reading books.
