Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking a dependable, patient caregiver for our mobile father with dementia. We need someone comfortable providing hands-on personal care, including dressing, grooming, toileting/incontinence care, and helping him stay clean and dry. Were also looking for someone who will provide genuine companionship and encourage activitywalks, conversation, music, games, outings, etc. rather than simply supervise. Dementia experience strongly preferred. Non-smoker required. Male caregiver preferred, as our father responds particularly well to men. Must be kind, reliable, proactive, and able to use gentle encouragement/redirection when he is resistant to care.
