Nanny Needed For My Children

I'm looking for a nanny to start a longterm position of watching two super sweet baby girls (currently 7 months). Ideally we're looking for someone who: - Has experience taking care of younger children (less than 1 y/o) - Is comfortable taking the girls out for short activities (i. e. driving to a nearby park) - Loves to play, from reading to playmat time, to learning to eat solids. - Can help us set up a regular daily nap routine.
