House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

We live in an apt above a garage it is about 1200 to 1400 Sq feet I want a deep clean windows woodwork floors fans oven back of garage has a 4th bay which needs a good cleaning also it is about 300 Sq feet It has a powder room also house has 2 bedrooms open living room dining area and living room a separate sun room hardwood floors but living room rug needs cleaned and steps other rugs are being replace Vents need cleaned Once deep is done I would consider a bi monthly visit
