As a Senior Human Resources Coordinator, you're not just an integral part of the Human Resources department - you're spreading the hight and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. **Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:** + Act as one of the first points of contact between hotel team members, managers and the Human Resources Team + Provide elevated customer service to internal and external guests by leveraging interpersonal communication skills + In partnership with Human Resources leadership, own the employment life cycle of team members to include onboarding and separation + Participate in compliance and customer service training initiatives + Coordinate hotel recognition and engagement initiatives to include weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual celebrations + Administers and maintains electronic and paper date to include HRIS Systems and excel logs + Create Communication materials to include flyers, newsletters, presentations, and other attractive visual media + Communicate complex issues and challenges to Human Resources leadership + maintain current knowledge and understanding of the Human Resources functions **What It Takes to Make the Stay** At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of **Hospitality** .
