Our client seeks a QA Automation Engineer to build and maintain automated testing solutions across web, API, and data platforms. The role will design frameworks, validate data pipelines, and advance AI-enabled quality capabilities to improve reliability and delivery speed.

Rate: $60.00 to $65.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Appium, WebdriverIO, and related tools.
- Develop API test suites leveraging Postman and ReadyAPI with robust validation and reporting.
- Create data validation tests for ETL and data extract processes, including count reconciliation, field mapping, and data quality checks in Snowflake and DB2.
- Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
- Employ POM and data-driven patterns to create reusable, maintainable test components.
- Leverage AI capabilities for self-healing locators, failure analysis, visual validation, and chatbot-driven test execution.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Document results and defects in ALM tools such as Digital.ai or qTest and drive resolution.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript for test automation.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database interactions, including Snowflake and DB2.
- Hands-on experience with API testing methodologies and tools.
- Expertise with Selenium, Appium, POM, and data-driven frameworks.
- Experience with WebdriverIO, Postman, ReadyAPI, and Visual Studio Code.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD.
- Experience with ALM tools such as Digital.ai or qTest.
- Background in data modernization and data extract testing, especially with Snowflake.
- Practical use of AI for self-healing locators, failure analysis, visual validation, and chatbot-based execution.
