Full-time Monday through Friday
We are seeking a dependable and organized Scheduler / Central Supply Coordinator to join our skilled nursing facility team. This position is ideal for a CNA or LPN who is looking to use their clinical experience in a coordination and administrative role while supporting smooth daily facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the daily and weekly nursing staff schedule
Coordinate staffing coverage, call-offs, and shift changes
Work closely with nursing leadership to ensure adequate staffing
Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules
Monitor staffing needs and assist with filling open shifts
Order, receive, organize, and distribute clinical supplies
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
Maintain organized central supply areas
Assist with ensuring supplies are available for resident care
Follow facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Provide additional administrative and clinical support as needed
Position Requirements
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Comfortable working with staff, residents, and leadership
