We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Bilingual Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish and ready to help us grow. THIS ISN'T JUST AN ORDER-TAKING JOB. We're looking for someone who enjoys selling.

Someone who likes meeting people, developing relationships, discovering opportunities, solving problems and asking for the business.

Someone who gets satisfaction from turning a prospect into a customer—and a customer into a long-term relationship.

You'll have an established Carlton Farms brand behind you, experienced people around you, and quality products you can be proud to represent.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll build and grow relationships with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers while actively pursuing new opportunities for Carlton Farms.

You'll:

• Build strong, lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect for new customers and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Make proactive sales calls and connect personally with customers in the market.
• Learn our products and become a trusted resource to the customers you serve.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products and solutions that make sense for their businesses.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce additional Carlton Farms products.
• Sell the Carlton Farms difference—quality, craftsmanship, service, reliability and relationships—not simply price.
• Follow up consistently and do what you say you're going to do.
• Partner with Sales leadership on customer strategy, pricing and growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Take ownership of your goals, commitments and results.

• Have experience in sales, account management, business development or another customer-facing role.

• Enjoy getting out into the market and spending time with customers.
• Are competitive and motivated by achieving goals.
• Take pride in following through on your commitments.

• Can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Appreciate great food, craftsmanship, agriculture, hospitality or the people and businesses behind them.

Experience in foodservice, meat, grocery, restaurants, distribution, agriculture, manufacturing or another B2B sales environment is a plus.
