Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
Previous Experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) preferred
BSN /Associate degree in nursing or Pending BSN
Valid Registered Nurse License
Good critical thinking, communication, & leadership skills
Good planning & problem-solving skills
The ability to work under stressful condition
Managing patients’ data and medical records as confidential records
