The General Manager will be responsible for driving top tier performance of multiple studios compared to the national brand average of various KPI's.

• Strong sales & leadership experience

• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
• Clear oral and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills (in person and by phone)

• Functional computer skills -- POS / Booking software (i.e. Club Ready); Google Sheets / Docs

*This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.

DUTIES:

• Cross-functional and multi-location team leadership
• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking
• Drive and retain membership sales
• Supervise Sales Representatives and manage staff schedule
• Collect out-standing dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio
• Enforce studio policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email
• Become proficient at Club Ready software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities
• Coordinate community & corporate wellness events
• Other duties as assigned
