We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Water Spider to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are always available, organized, and flowing efficiently across the production floor.

What You’ll Do

In this fast-paced role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping production running smoothly by:

• Maintaining clean, organized, and well-labeled material storage areas
• Performing routine Kanban replenishment rounds (4 times daily) to avoid shortages
• Monitoring material levels and proactively restocking as needed
• Pulling and delivering non-Kanban materials to production stations quickly and accurately
• Ensuring all Kanban containers and shelving are properly labeled and positioned
• Receiving incoming materials and placing them in designated locations
• Assisting with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation
• Identifying opportunities to improve organization and efficiency
• Supporting overall housekeeping and safety of material handling areas

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Kanban systems is a plus
• ERP experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands and arms for handling materials
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

$18.00 - $20.00 starting wage DOE
