Admissions Director - Skilled Nursing Facility

We’re looking for a driven Director of Admissions to help grow census and strengthen referral relationships at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the White Plains, NY area.

Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Lead admissions from referral through placement

• Build relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources

• Manage insurance verification and authorizations

• Partner with clinical teams to coordinate smooth admissions

• Identify opportunities to grow census and referrals

What You Bring

• SNF experience required

• Admissions/intake experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized, proactive, and results-driven

• Leadership experience preferred
