Lancaster Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and relationship-driven Admissions Director to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building strong relationships, and helping residents and their families feel welcomed and supported from the very beginning.

What You’ll Do

As our Admissions Director, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for residents and families while helping grow and strengthen our facility.

• Coordinate and facilitate the admissions process for new residents.

• Build strong, positive relationships with residents and their families.

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.

• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth transitions into our facility.

• Communicate with families and referral partners throughout the admissions process.

• Address questions and concerns with professionalism, compassion, and care.

• Promote Lancaster Nursing & Rehabilitation and the quality services we provide.

• Maintain confidentiality and follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Participate in meetings, committees, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide exceptional customer service and represent our facility positively in the community.
