Manhole Rehabilitation Laborer

Iron Horse LLC, a rapidly growing, sewer, storm, waterline, and manhole rehabilitation contractor is looking for a experienced manhole rehabilitation laborer to add to our team.  You will assist technicians with surface prep, cementitious lining, chemical grouting, and trenchless structural repairs on municipal sewer and storm systems. Iron Horse is an industry leader in the West Coast for pipeline and manhole rehabilitation utilizing a multitude of rehabilitation methods.  We are in a growth phase and are looking for team players with a winning attitude. Iron Horse focuses on developing employees for lifelong success-you can look forward to a fulfilling career joining our team.Our crews  should expect weekly travel with accommodations and per diem provided.We invest in late model, professional equipment, as well as our employees.Our jobs are predominately for municipalities, crews can usually expect earning prevailing wages.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and break down job site safety zones, traffic control, and confined space entry equipment.Mix and handle mortar, epoxy, or grout materials used for interior manhole rehabilitation.Operate hand tools, power tools, pressure washers, and specialized rehabilitation pumps.Assist team members while maintaining strict compliance with OSHA and confined-space safety rules.Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.Complete daily field logs, driving records, and basic inspection reportsJob RequirementsMust be able to lift and move 75+ pounds regularly.Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and inside confined spaces (manholes).Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (Medical card required CDL is a strong plus).Reliable team player with a safety-first mindset.Willingness to work occasional overtime or travel locally/regionally as projects require. Iron Horse Employees Benefit From:Great WagesMedical, Dental, VisionGenerous paid vacationLong Term DisabilityPFMLLife InsuranceSupplemental Voluntary Life Insurance401kDrug and Alcohol free workplace.
