We’re looking for a personable, enthusiastic insurance account manager to help take our agency to the next level. You will manage client communications, nurture important relationships, and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secure system. Compensation:$72,000 - $82,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs.
- Educate clients on insurance and financial protection option.
- Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training
- Set and achieve team weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Develop the skills necessary to advance others in leadership and management.
Qualifications:
- Self-disciplined and dependable
- Comfortable working in a performance based environment.
- Strong desire to grow professionally and financially.
- Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is highly preferred but candidates with the appropriate skills should still apply, training is provided
