Job Summary: As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily nursing operations of the facility during your shift. This includes ensuring that all care is provided in compliance with Federal, State, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.
