• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and support nursing assistants during shift
• Ensure accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide excellent communication with residents and families

• Active RN or LPN license (Missouri)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and time management skills
• Team player with a compassionate, resident-first mindset

• Charge Nurse or leadership experience
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC)
• Experience with admissions, discharges, and care planning
